Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform Pre Delivery Inspections
· Accurately Diagnose problems using proper procedure
· Record customer information and requirements
· Identifying Warranty issues
· Troubleshoot problems
· Remove and Re-install parts
· Report concerns with Service Manager as required
· Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications:
· Valid Driver’s License
· Computer skills
· Ability to work unsupervised
· Must be organized and self-motivated
· Possess verbal communication skills
· Motivated team player
· Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
· Pride in craftsmanship
· Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure
· lift in the excess of 50lbs
· Completed the Recreation Vehicle Service Technician Apprenticeship
